Counselors are available to speak with you 24/7/365 if you are experiencing a mental health emergency. To speak with a crisis counselor, you can come by either of our office locations during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) and ask to speak with a counselor. You can also call 804-828-6200 to speak with a crisis counselor. If you call outside of business hours, please select option 2 from the menu to speak with a counselor.
All students also have free, 24/7 access to virtual care services with TimelyCare, including on-demand crisis support through TalkNow. Read more information here.
